Well, that deal just got even better! Now you can get $33 in Costco cash when you spend $100 or more on P&G products. To get the $33.00, instead of the $20, you just need to submit this mail in rebate.
It looks like your purchase must have been made between 01/30/14 and 03/31/14. The total must be $100 before tax and after coupons or any other discounts are applied.
Include the following when mailing in your form:
• This original form, completed
• Write UPCs in the spaces provided on this form
• Original, dated sales receipt(s) with eligible
products circled
• Must be postmarked no later than 5/1/14
If more than seven items are purchased, you will need to use two reward forms to list all items and mail together. You will receive your Costco cash card 6-8 weeks after program close (5/1/14).
