I just bought one from Amazon a few months ago, works pretty well. The only issue I have with it is that I end up cutting my long hair off the roller every time I finish vacuuming.

I have had one for a year now and love it. I do agree though with the problem of cutting any long hair off the roller. Can’t figure out how to get around that!

Love this vacuum! We got it from Costco 6 months ago for $149.99. Not sure if they still carry it.
Disappointed
Don’t waste your money on any shark lift away vacuum product. Every time I use the piece of junk, it falls over and dents the wall, the hose is not long enough for any type of reaching. The hose pulls back and is a dinky 19″ INCHES. Talk about being a fool for buying a joke vacuum from shark! When trying to vaccum there is NO way around to keep the vacuum from: 1- banging into furniture; 2- falling and denting the walls ; and 3 – bruising me when it fall on my legs, arms, or feet. I thought at first I wasn’t use to it, but after over a year now, I’m totally convinced the cut corner skimp on the hose design and construction was only to for the shark vacuum people to make money. It is the worst new vaccum I have ever owned. I wish I could get my money back and find a normal quality vacuum. Bottom line: don’t buy shark vacuums, save your money and buy from a company with enough integrity to be honest in what is considered quality needed to keep your home clean without wrecking havoc during the vacuum session. This junk is going in the trash, back where it belongs. -Thanks alot for ripping me off, UNHAPPY BUYER
