Did you buy one of these or have you heard from someone who did? I bought these when they did the deal again in November 2013. I tried to redeem my vouchers this week completely according to the terms and conditions stipulated and even according to what is CURRENTLY on their website, and now they’re emailing me back saying things have changed since they sold these and they can’t honor it anymore. Instead they’re offering me a gift certificate to their travel agency in the amount I paid for the voucher. Their offers are ridiculous, and especially the tone they take in that they are doing a “special courtesy” (they even underline it for emphasis) to offer alternatives at all. I am curious if anyone else has had a similar experience and what ended up happening with them.
