How does Staples Rewards work? Is it just a rebate that you do online? or is it a card that I will need to apply for at the store? The free deals are things I could really use right now, but I'm just wondering how "free" they really are.

Lisa- The Easy Rebates are the best! They will send back a check, or in some cases a Visa Pre Paid card- I just depends on the rebate. So you really do get your money back.

Do all the items have to be bought seperately in order to get the rebate? Do you have to ask the cashier to print you a special rebate receipt or anything like that?

Usually the rebate at Staples will just print out for you and they are pretty helpful with all of that. You may want to read about the rebates of items you are purchasing before you go…that way, you won't purchase multiples of an item that only allows one rebate.

Actually staples rewards are different than easy rebates… the money comes back to you to use ONLY at staples. Staples rewards are issued once a month and have to equal at least $10 or it rolls over to next months rewards. Hope that helps. So, Yes you get the money back for these items but the money you get only goes toward a future staples purchase.

B and R is right. I went to Staples today to purchase a couple of the free items and it is a reward check that I have to use at Staples. That's not too bad though, hopefully I can use it on more free stuff and just have it roll over.
