Anyone who has purchased select Atkins Nutritionals between Jan. 1, 2013 to April 27, 2020, may be eligible to receive a free cash settlement. Those without proof of purchase can claim 10% of the average national purchase price for each More Than 10 Grams Of Maltitol Product. Limited to $100. Those with proof of purchase may claim 25% of the average national purchase price for each More Than 10 Grams Of Maltitol Product. There is no individual cap.
The claim period ends 4/27/20, so be sure to file by that date if you qualify.
