I honestly would STAY AWAY FROM RAKUTEN!!! I bought an Ipad mini 3 128 GB for a family member, who then changed their mind. I reached out to the seller to return it in it’s original box as well as the item constantly freezes. There was ONLY an email provided to reach out the seller to return items within 14 days, I reached out with multiple emails WITHIN 14 days. And to this day, 2 years later. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING!!! As well as having Citi deny my charge back because I have my hands tied and have no way of returning the item even though I FOLLOWED ALL RETURN PROCEDURES!!! I EVEN CALLED RAKUTEN DIRECTLY, they said they only have an email for this seller as well. SO STAY AWAY FROM RAKUTEN & CITI!!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!!
