This service is a huge disappointment. They keep giving me items in larger sizes that I didn’t ask for, and on my order today they left four items off my order and actually charged me for it. Now I have to wait to get the money refunded and I’m scratching my head wondering how this pickup service is making life easier for me. It’s not. It’s agrivating to be charged for items you didn’t receive. So I have to go back to the store again to buy what was missing from my order, and spend even more money. Not happy at all.
