I purchased a couple of these for my kids on Sept. 28 but still haven’t received them. I know they are coming from out of the country but am still a little concerned. Does it usually take this long to get products from them?

Although I haven’t yet received a response from you I did get a refund today in my account for this purchase. No correspondence telling me why but I won’t ever buy from Gearbest again. I’ve lost a great deal of confidence in your recommendations.
