Do you have Shop Your Way Reward Points available to use? It was doing this to someone else earlier too. I’m wondering if it’s because there are available SYWR Points. Some of the bonus points are given on threshold offers, but using Points drops your out of pocket cost. THat might make it so you’ll get fewer Points back. (If that makes sense…?)

This happened to me too but I had $20 in surprise points to use immediately with purchase. So it ends up being the same amount of points but instead of getting $70 back I got $20 off the purchase upfront (paid $60 after tax) and will now get $50 in points for next purchase.

I hate when this happens! I really thought they would give the right rewards points. I am going to cancel. The blender cost $79.99 I used $26.80 SYW rewards points $4.44 Tax. I payed $57.63 because I used my SYW reward points I had saved. It show I get $61.06 not $75.80 Why?
