Oh, oh OH! I love these things! Every couple of years, we get to raid our neighbor’s apple trees for some yummy fresh apples. I usually can a bunch of simple apple pie filling and use it for pies (obviously) and apple crisp. Peeling and coring and cutting the apples though is a PAIN and it takes FOREVER! UGH!
