You guys, Amazon Prime Day is Back! Despite the general public questioning whether or not it was even successful or worth while last year, Amazon’s numbers didn’t lie. The discounts were deeper and Amazon sold more than they did on Black Friday.

So, mark your calendars for Tuesday, July 12th at 12:00am PST, That is when Amazon Prime day will begin and we can all grab some amazing deals and possibly get a really good start on Christmas! Over 100,000 deals exclusively for Amazon Prime Members will be available throughout the day.

So what is the best way for you to save the most and grab the best deals?

  1. Sign up for Amazon Prime. If you aren’t already a Prime member, you will need to be one in order to access any of the Amazon Prime Day deals. You can sign up for a 30-day trial here. The trial is great because you can sign up now, get used to how Amazon Prime works, and then access the Prime Day Deals. Plus, you will get FREE 2-day shipping on any Amazon deals I post in the next 30-days.
  2. Get the Amazon App and sign up for text alerts. These alerts will tell you when a specific deal you want is about to go live. To sign up for notifications go to the “App Menu” and tap “Notifications.” Then turn on “Watched & Waitlisted Deals.” If you see a deal you want be sure to add it to your waitlist. Then you will receive an alert letting you know that deal is about to go live. You may also be asked to turn on notifications from your device settings menu.
  3. Sign up for Freebies2Deals Text Alerts: With over 100,000 deals going live throughout the day it will be easy to miss a deal here and there. That is where F2D comes in. Sign up for Freebies2Deals text alerts and you will get notified every time we post a super hot deal available on Amazon Prime Day. Our text alerts combined with Amazon’s will ensure that you see every awesome deal available.
  4. Be sure to complete purchases within 15 minutes. Amazon Prime Day will work just like Lightening Deals do during the holidays. Once you add your item to your cart you will have 15 minutes to complete your purchase otherwise you won’t be able to claim your deal.
  5. Join Waitlists. What happens to those items that don’t get checked out within 15 minutes? They go to customers on the waitlist. So, if there is an item you want but just weren’t fast enough to grab (because they will go fast) join the waitlist. That way if anyone changes their mind or doesn’t check out fast enough there is a chance you can still get the deal.

New deals will start as often as every 5 minutes, nearly two times the TV’s will be discounted as compared to Black Friday & Cyber Monday combined, and Prime members can find toy deals popping up nearly all day long.

Plus, there will be countdown deals featured on Amazon July 5th-July 11th! These deals will feature a 32″ TV & Fire Stick combination for $119.99, gadgets on the go, summer travel essentials, back-to-school and home essentials, and daily deals on movies and TV series available for streaming through Amazon Video.

There hasn’t been a better time to be an Amazon Prime Member. And who knows, with Walmart’s new Shipping Pass program, maybe they will lower prices to compete with Amazon on Prime Day. There will be tons of deals to sort through and watch for, but don’t worry Freebies 2 Deals will be with you the entire day helping you grab the hottest deals.
