According to the Gear Best Website these balloons need to be tied individually and do not include the rubber bands. Most of the sets on the market are “self-tying”. I wonder if this deal is as good as it sounds? Seems like it would take forever to tie off 111 water balloons!

I never got my water balloons, they were supposed to arrive in August.. I have no email or any thing to go off of to see whats up. I hope Gear Best is a credible site, now that they have my credit card info… I’ve never ordered from them, but don’t plan on doing it again!
