First I would try on a desktop. That might work better than a phone if you’re on one. Also, The mascara has to be one that is included in the deal. It will say in red under the product if it is. I just tried again, and it worked for me! Hopefully that helps. 🙂

Is the subscribe & save option like Amazon’s? Can you delete your subscription right away so it doesn’t send you more product?
