Buyers beware of the Hot Tools scam at Ulta! I ordered a Hot Tools curling iron and was supposed to receive a free Deep Waver as part of their current promotion. I added it to my cart, and it showed up on my invoice as a free gift. However, two days later, I got an email saying it was out of stock. That same day, I checked the website and was able to add the Deep Waver to my cart. So, it was back in stock, yet they won’t send me the free gift as promised and haven’t responded to my emails inquiring about this matter since saying they were sorry the item is out of stock, which appears to be a lie.
