You guys are always asking me what I am purchasing each week.  And although I can’t share everything, I definitely wanted to make sure I shared this with you.

If you didn’t know, I post grocery deal matchups for a handful of stores–including Kroger & Smith’s. (Located on the right-hand side of the website. You wont’ be able to see it on your mobile version.)  If you have a Kroger owned store, more than likely, your store is doing the Buy 10, Save $5 sale too!

Pictured above is what I purchased at the grocery store this past weekend. The short of it is that I picked items I knew our family eats regularly that were at very low or their lowest price-points. We are NOT eating all of that now.  But adding extras (like the bags of chips) to our rotating food storage so we can shop from our own grocery store in our basement–instead of paying full price at the grocery store when we need items, is the best way to always be saving money on your grocery items.

Above, I ended up purchasing 66 items for $97.63 (including tax). And all of these items were part of Smith’s Buy 10, Save $5 Sale.  I grabbed things like Butter, Cereal, Salsa, Soup, Cake Mix (at it’s lowest price point EVER–seriously, buy Cake Mix!) and even a few things I will need for Thanksgiving next week like French’s Onions, Stove Top Stuffing & French Cut Green Beans!

And guess what?  NO Coupons and NO Price Matching.  I was in and out quick–and even had my kids with me.  And you guys know I hate grocery shopping with kids! 😉

So if you need some help, you can check out the Smith’s Grocery Store Deals Post here or the Kroger Grocery Store Deals Post here.  These sales end in two days.  So make sure you go shopping today or tomorrow to grab similar deals to what I purchased!

**TIP:  You guys might be wondering why I purchased Cereal in this sale.  Well when I first saw the price, I thought it was too high to purchase. But then I realized that the price was on the BIGGER boxes of cereal that are double the size of the boxes I typically buy at the lower price point.  So they are actually a great deal this week!
