When I tried to apply the code, it wouldn’t take anything off. I did “live chat” and they said that this code was only sent to select customers so won’t work for all and to pull up my email that it was sent to.

There are some exclusions to the sale and your item might be one of them. The sale should be good for everyone. The Costumer Rep might not have known about the sale, because it’s clearly on their main page. 🙂
