Add the items to your cart and then be sure to submit for the $10 mail-in rebate when your item arrives. Download and fill out the rebate form (these items are found under “Sensio”) then mail it in with a copy of the receipt with the qualifying purchase circled and the original UPC code from the package. All rebates must be nailed and postemarked no later than 30 day after your purchase.

Is this the same rebate as the Kohl’s one the other day? So would that limit of 5 apply to these as well?

This rebate is different from Kohl’s. Be sure to read all the instructions on the rebate form throughly.
This is what the rebate form says:
Limit 1 per household per offer.
Only one form is required for multiple
purchases/receipts within the same offer.
Submit all required documents in one envelope.
So according to the rebate form you can have 1 rebate per household per offer.
