No…. never. But once in a blue moon, Ulta will put out a coupon for 20% off your purchase coupons–and sometimes they don’t have prestige cosmetic exclusions and you can use it. Or you can use your $10 off Birthday Coupon on it! (Sign up for their rewards program, if you haven’t yet to get that.)

I thought exactly the same thing :). Looks like it’s the same price at Ulta (so you wouldn’t get the 20% off), but I think Ulta has the $3.50 off $10 now and then.
