  1. I need help finding customer service for the stamp deal you posted for $18 instead of $40. I received it and the zip is wrong. Also please help me contact Jane.com, I emailed them twice and haven’t heard back from them. It’s been like 2 weeks, the shirt I ordered has a run. Please help!

  2. Ale Ray, here is a link with steps to follow in order to return an item you are not happy with that was purchased through jane.com https://support.jane.com/knowledgebase/articles/422268-i-am-not-happy-with-my-order-how-do-i-get-a-refund

Here is another link to general support at Jane.com:

Typically, you need to contact the individual seller that posted the shirt on Jane.com regarding a refund. All of the necessary information you need should be in your account under order history. Hopefully this is helpful. You will need to contact the seller of the stamps in order to exchange for new stamps with a correct zip code (if the seller honors that policy). Jane is kind of like a middle man and it is rare that customers actually deal directly with Jane.com. They usually deal with the sellers and then the sellers deal with Jane.com. Good luck, hopefully everything gets sorted out.
