I had the same issue…on the right hand side of the page you will see a list of other sellers and prices…the 19.99 is there! I just bought it!!!

The deal is still there. On the right hand side of the screen there is a list of “other sellers”. It says 14 new from 19.99…click on that and the Prime deal is still there!!! I JUST BOUGHT ONE!
