I haven’t posted about Survey sites in a while. So I thought I would remind all of you and let the newbies know how to make some cash at home. These are all LEGIT sites that other F2D readers use to help them earn a little money on the side. But, I have readers who actually do this all year long and pay for their entire Christmas just by using the money they’ve made from these Survey companies!! How awesome is that??
If you want to earn a little side cash, you will want to sign up for as many of the Survey Companies as you can. They all send out surveys at different times and if you are working with a bunch of them, you will always have surveys coming in that you can do. Take the surveys when your kids are napping or in your spare time and start saving your cash for Christmas!
PLEASE NOTE: The surveys listed below are companies that other F2D readers have said they use and love. Any that haven’t been that great were taken off this list long ago. **If you know of any other awesome survey companies I should add to this list and can vouch for it, please leave a comment and let me know!

- Pinecone Research: This is one of the favorites of F2D Readers and it’s back! Earn at least $3 on each and every survey you do!
- Opinion Outpost: Earn Cash or Amazon Gift Cards. Everyone who does surveys is automatically entered to win a $10,000 Cash Prize.
- Toluna: Earn $1-$5 per Survey. Plus, they have sent out FREE full-size products in the past for members to review! Upcoming products to review include Nivea Products, Makeup and more! They will mail you these products in return for taking a survey about what you think. Then, you get to keep the products. It’s awesome!
- Inbox Dollars has spots open: You will get paid to take surveys and do other things.
- Vindale Research: You can review products and take online surveys. And they will pay you for your time!
- Valued Opinions: You can earn free stuff and rewards just by taking time each week to take the surveys. You can get up to $5.00 per survey you qualify for and take.

My husband and I have been doing survey sites for years now. The last 3 Christmases have been 100% free due to survey taking. It’s been awesome!! Our favorite sites to use are Valued Opinions and Mommytalk Surveys. They always pay and they pay quickly.

Swagbucks is my favorite! On top of doing that survey, I really like a couple of apps called Receipt Pal and Receipt Hog. All you do is send copies of your receipts and earn points for gift cards. Super easy and it adds up.

I signed up for Pinecone Research last time you posted about this. I have only earned 50 points per survey and some of them take 15 minutes to 30 minutes each. It doesn’t seem like 50 points equals $3 each. Also I don’t see how you earn cash with this. The redemption center only has a bunch of rewards. There are no gift cards or cash. Can anyone help me out with understanding the rewards system for Pinecone Research better?

When I did pinecone research in the past they always sent out a check by mail for each survey I did. But that was a couple years ago and I don’t know if they changed it. Then they just stopped sending me surveys. I was sad, and I can’t sign up now because there’s no openings for my demographics.
I wouldn’t bother with toluna, milliseconds after getting the email and clicking the link every survey was already filled. And they never paid for what I was able to do.

When you click on the “redeem link” on Pinecone, under the tab “Featured Awards,” the bottom one is a “cash option.” They will either mail you a check or you can have them send it to a PayPal account now. Every survey you are emailed about, you’re guaranteed to qualify for and you always get $3 (300 points) for them–at least that’s how it has been for me. They are quick and easy (in comparison to other survey sites I’ve participated in). It’s probably my favorite survey site. A lot of the others are a waste of time and take forever to get enough points to cash out.

Pinecone is my favorite, because every survey they send me is guaranteed money (as long as I complete it). It’s great that they pay cash instead of gift cards too.
Toluna I’m not so wild about. Surveys earn very little, so it takes literally forever to get anywhere. On top of that, your points expire after 1 year if you don’t redeem it. I’m now saving up for my next gift card, then I’m out.
I also do Swagbucks everyday. I only do the Daily Crave, Swagbutton, Daily Poll, and NOSO, which nets me about 5 cents a day. Internet search wins could happen a few times a day, ranging from ~5 cents to ~50 cents. Sometimes I would watch videos to earn a little bit more. What keeps me coming back is hunting for Swag codes. It’s only a few cents here and there, but it’s fun. It doesn’t sound like much, but in general, I am able to get a $5 gift card every month for working only a few minutes a day.
