So if something doesn’t fit or you don’t like it after it comes, you can take it to the store for an easy refund. I definitely like having the online option because you don’t have to go digging at your local Nordstrom Rack hoping they have a good selection and that they have your size. You can just shop from home and then return things in store if needed.
