I have stopped using them for almost 2 years and when at a research study with my disabled boy last year they came in the small room and started wiping everything down I started having a hard time breathing. I really had no idea how big of an effect they were having on me. I thought it was not big deal (once it awhile can’t hurt it would be long term usage)until my throat started burning.
