So, I did this deal.Created a new account clicked on the link and purchased.
Is it normal for it to not be showing anywhere that I did purchase it. It shows I visited the site ( I guess the click through?) but nothing is pending or purchased. Received an email from TopCash saying transaction posted and it was for 15 cents like others are saying. Hoping it clears up in a few days. Anyone else have this problem AND get it resolved?

It may just be saying $.15 until they can verify the transaction. It takes at least 30 days for them to post the actual cash back and release it for you to send to your paypal or checking account. Remember, they don’t want to give you cash back and have you return the item at the store. So they are making sure the returns window is closed before they do that.
