It’s Time for the Freebies2Deals 15-Day Clearance Challenge!! Play Along and Win!

January is my favorite time of the year because the clearance deals are INSANE! Towards the end of January and beginning of February, we will see even lower clearance prices as stores start to make room for all of the Spring merchandise.  So I really wanted to do something fun for all of us while we are already out shopping the clearance sale.  Plus, having hundreds of people sharing and looking for clearance deals helps us all know what is out there!  A Freebies2Deals “stranger” might find an item on clearance that you have been waiting for. You’ll be able to give them a virtual *hug* for it. 😉  I think it’s gonna be really fun!

Here’s how it works:

Starting on January 15th, yep TOMORROW, I will be posting a different Clearance Shopping Tip on Freebies2Deals.com and the Freebies2Deals Instagram Account for 15 days straight. I’m hoping this will help you guys navigate the clearance aisles better, know when to buy and when to wait for the clearance price to go lower and help you guys get some awesome deals!

Because you guys are out and about shopping for your own families, I also wanted to reward you for finding and sharing the awesome clearance deals you find!  So I am going to be giving away 30 $5 Target Gift Cards to you guys!  Yes, THIRTY! (Target happens to be my favorite place for clearance. So I thought the prize was fitting. )

Here’s what you do:

If you happen to see an awesome clearance deal while you are out shopping, or online, take a gorgeous pic of it and post it on Instagram.  Make sure to tag me @Freebies2Deals and use hashtags #F2D15DayChallenge and #Clearance.  (You can include any other hashtags you want.)  Please make sure to tell us what store you found it at, which location, what price it regularly was, what price you got it for and any coupons you might have used to drop the price even more.

Here’s an example:

“Look at the CRAZY clearance deals I just scored at Target! This camera was marked down to $24.79 instead of $75. Plus, I used the Printable Target coupon to get an extra $5 off. I found this at the Sandy, Utah location.  But your store might have it too!  @Freebies2Deals #clearance #F2D15DayChallenge”

You can post ONE pic per day of the challenge.  That means you can get up to 15 entries just for finding crazy clearance deals and sharing them with us all!  **If you use that Hashtag (#F2D15DayChallenge), other Freebies2Deals readers can search for it on Instagram and see all of the deals they might be able to find at a similar store. So we can all work together to find the BEST of the BEST Clearance finds that are out there right now.

How You Win the Target Gift Cards:

1- Each clearance find picture you post on Instagram (limited to ONE per day) will get you an entry into the Target Gift Card Giveaway. 15 $5.00 Target Gift Cards will be given away to people who do this!

2- When I post each day with the new Clearance Shopping Tip here on Freebies2Deals.com or on Instagram, you can get an entry for each Instagram “like”, you can leave one comment per Clearance Shopping Tip Post on Instagram (sharing how you have used that tip before, or other clearance tips to help other F2D readers out —basically anything that helps newbie clearance shoppers out) and you can leave one comment per Freebies2Deals.com Clearance Shopping Tip Post (sharing how you have used that tip before, or other clearance tips to help other F2D readers out —basically anything that helps newbie clearance shoppers out).  So that’s a possibility of 45 more entries you can have.  15 $5.00 Target Gift Cards will be given away to people who do any of these entries.

**The whole point of this is to really help other readers out.  Sharing my tips is great.  But I know you might have great tips to share too.  So having more of a community sharing their ideas will help us all save more money. 🙂

2- You can leave a comment the Clearance Shopping Tips posts here on Freebies2Deals.com, on Instagram and/or “like” that post on Instagram to get entries into the Target Gift Card Giveaway.  15 people will win from doing one of these things!

3- If you want to be more involved, take a picture of a crazy clearance find while you are out shopping. I know you guys are seeing them EVERYWHERE!  Post it on Instagram with the tag @Freebies2Deals and Hashtags #clearance and #F2D15DayChallenge.  15 more people will win from doing this!

4- Winners will be announced at the end of the 15 days.
