To Whom It May Concern:
I’m an Ulta rewards member and my birthday was January 17th. I never received an e-mail coupon from Ulta nor in the mail a coupon to receive my free eyeshadow palette. Would you please look into this and let me know how I can receive this? I’ve spoken to the girls at the Ulta checkout twice to let them know I haven’t received it and one of the girls told me her birthday was January 15th and she hasn’t received hers either at that time. They checked my e-mail and birthday in their computer to confirm Ulta rewards had the correct information and they did.
