This was announced yesterday morning in the news… but I wanted to wait to post about it till today so you guys could actually see the special ad that Walmart released this morning!

Tomorrow morning, Friday, November 21st, Walmart will be matching SELECT ITEMS from competitor’s Black Friday Ads!  So you will be able to get online and grab a bunch of the hot deals a whole week before Black Friday!  You can see their ad with the items they will be releasing tomorrow over here.

They have said that this sale will start at 8am… however they didn’t list a timezone.  So I will be on by 6am MST tomorrow morning to make sure all of the hottest deals are up and live.  You might be able to get everything you want–at Black Friday prices- tomorrow folks!  So get ready and be up early!

I am guessing that the majority of these deals will be available online.  Some of the items in the ad specifically say they will be available online.  So I know that there will at least be an online portion. Hopefully ALL of the items will be available online!

IMPORTANT:

Quick reminder that I DO NOT post every deal from Freebies2Deals.com on Facebook. The more I post, the less FB actually shows you.  So if you want to get instant or almost instant access to every single deal, you have 3 options:

  • Check Freebies2Deals.com directly a few times each day.  (For tomorrow, I would check it constantly in the morning because new deals that are Black Friday worthy will be popping up left and right.)
  • I have also created an Instant Deals and Freebies Update Group on Facebook.  You can request to join that group here and I will add you.  Every single deal that is posted on Freebies2Deals will get auto-posted there IMMEDIATELY!  And Facebook will notify you each time a new deal is posted.  So if you are on FB a lot, this option might be the best way for you to see all of the deals.
  • With the brand new Instant Deals Email Updates, you will get an email every 15-30 minutes or so with anything that has been posted in that timeframe on Freebies2Deals.com.  The title of the email will only mention the most recent deal posted… but depending on how crazy the day is or how fast I am posting, there could actually be 3-4 other deals included in that email as well.  I will warn you that you could get up to 15 of these emails in a day (especially around Black Friday).  But if you don’t trust social media to show you all of the deals in your newsfeed, or if you aren’t able to get on social media at work, this is an excellent option! Head over here to sign up for the Brand New Instant Deals Email Update.  (You will get an email asking you to confirm your subscription.) Once you have confirmed, you will start getting these instant email updates. ***I would only recommend this option for those who are super hard-core about finding the best deals on all of their Holiday items.  Getting that many emails each day could annoy you if you aren’t excited to see them. :)

Get excited for tomorrow morning!! It should be a doozy!!  We might even start to see other stores changing their prices to match what Walmart is doing.

  2. Are they matching competitor ads? Or matching just the stuff that’s in the add you linked to? I remember last year they did the same thing and they matched the entire ad and we got everything we needed! Yay!
Also, do you know if they match Costco??

    • I have heard so many different things on this and am so confused. I would love some clarification as to the whole black friday ad price matching too. Is it all black friday ads or just the ones listed on the pre black friday ad for walmart?

      • Heather and Desiree- Only the items in the ad that I linked you guys to. They have picked items from other store’s Black Friday ads and have picked which ones they want to price match. They took those items and made their own ad for tomorrow so you could get a preview of the deals. This is ONLY tomorrow, Nov 21st.

  4. Is this just online? Or in store also?

    • It should be in-store and online… it just isn’t clarified how many of the items will be available online. However, Amazon might change their prices to match what Walmart is doing.

  5. They probably don’t match the free gift cards with a purchase like Target has on Black Friday. Right?

    • No, for this sale that is just tomorrow, they only have the items that are in the ad that I linked you to. Those are the only deals available.

      • Gotcha. I figured that out. Then I felt stupid. Haha! Thanks for all the work you do.

  6. Last year I ran to the store at midnight before the sale supposedly started and got everything I wanted at the sale price. Do you think they will be doing that again???

    • Lots of confusion huh. I want the Walmart dual portable DVD player on sale in the black Friday ad. Will I be able to get that tomorrow, or is it just matching other stores?

    • I have no idea. Walmart tends to do what they want. But if you are up, you could definitely try!

  7. Can we price match items in store tomorrow for other competitor’s black friday ads that are not part of Walmart’s special ad?

    Reply
    • No. Only the deals that are in the Ad I’ve linked you to are available tomorrow. They have chosen which deals they are price matching and put them in a preview ad for you.

    • But, Walmarts website says that none of the stores within 100 miles of me have any iPhone 6?!

  12. Here is the link to all the information on Walmart’s website. It appears it will run for a week and will ONLY BE SELECT ITEMS SHOWN. It’s also first come first serve WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. I’m not finding a CLEAR answer on if it is only in store or online as well. ðŸ™

  13. Strange. I see in the ad they are showing Lego Friends Olivia’s house in the picture but it reads LEGO® Friends Heartlake High Play Set when you click on it. So, I am hoping they figure that out by tomorrow.

  14. If anyone is planning on getting a kitchenaid classic stand mixer then I would suggest waiting for kohls on black Friday. Walmart wants $229.99 for theirs and you only get a $30 walmart gift card. Kohls will be having that same one on sale for 249.99 BUT you get an extra 10 percent off AND a $50 dollar mail in rebate. And if you have a kohls charge card you can get coupons for an extra 15 percent off and a $10 dollar off coupon. Plus for every $50 you spend that day they give you $15 dollars kohls cash. So essentially you would only be paying $134 with all discounts, coupons, and rebates applied and you could earn $45 kohls cash on top of it since the rebate won’t be applied to the transaction at the store yet.

  21. Most items will be in store only! I have been looking all day and thats the best i can find out. Apparently NO ONE not even Walmart what they are going to match at all. Confusing to call them, some stores don’t even know this is going to happen.

  22. I just bought one of the Lego sets listed for $39 right now (Thursday night). It shows $59.97 and “out of stock online” but when I clicked on it, it brought up $39 for free in store pickup. Yay!!

    • Which sets are on sale??? Which one did you get

  23. They will not match competitors Black Friday ads. Only current sale ads. The whole hype is misleading. They have a pre black friday ad that starts today where they have lowered some items to compete with other stores black friday prices. But it isn’t much. Since black friday isn’t until thursdat 27th and Friday 28th they won’t honor those items in ads until then when the items are actually on sale.
