0. There was absolutely no pain at all. My eyes were completely numb with the drops they put in. At the very beginning when they were keeping my eye open, there was pressure with that suction cup. But no pain. 🙂

Also wondering a ballpark amount. I realize it will be different for different people but it would be helpful if an estimate was listed after the 1500 off. If I had some idea then I would probably look into this as I have been wanting lasik for years.
