I know a lot of kids (and their parents) are getting excited about the release of Big Hero 6 on November 7th! If your kids are eagerly anticipating this movie, Saturday, November 8th, from 11am-4pm, the Legacy Crossing Megaplex Theater will be having a Big Hero 6 Action Kids Party! (To purchase your tickets, click on the Big Hero 6 Action Kid’s Party option.)
The cost of admission is only $4 per child (including the online service fee) and it includes: Bounce Houses, Action Crafts, Face Painting, Games, Hero Training Exercises, & more! (Parents and non-participants do NOT need to purchase a ticket!) That’s a great price considering at some events you pay around that for just the face painting, let alone everything else!
A couple important things to note, entrance to the party does NOT include in the cost of your movie ticket to see Big Hero 6. If you plan on seeing the movie in conjunction with the event, you will need to purchase your tickets separately. Also, there is the option of purchasing a $5 Event Special for Popcorn, Soda & Candy in a Big Hero 6 Themed Box. So if you plan on purchasing concessions for your kids, that could be a great (and probably cheaper) alternative!
Plus, this event is also a great way to help out the community because they will also be gathering canned food items for the Davis School District Food Drive!
This event sounds like a great way to have some fun with your kids and help out the local food banks at the same time!
**Tip: The tickets for Big Hero 6 have already gone live on the Megaplex site. For the best selection of seats & times, I would purchase both your movie tickets and this deal as soon as you can. I am sure as it gets closer to the 8th, some of the showings will start selling out.
