HELP! Is this a scam? I ordered this product on November 6th and when I track it the progress is that is it still processing and it is December 5th. They don’t have a phone number to contact anyone so I have sent email to them and have received two very nice email saying that my order would be shipping “by this weekend or early next week”, but neither happened. The concern is that the shipping was supposed to take 2-5 weeks, but if they don’t actually send the item it could take months to get here. Also, they charged me for this right away, but no way to actually get the item. I guess my message is buyer beware.

Still no product…December 12th. Was given a tracking number on Monday that still doesn’t work on Friday.

I have the same issue as Julie. I have sent emails four times now. When I look up the “tracking” number they gave me, it indicates the package is in pre-shipment phase somewhere in China. I would highly recommend NOT posting deals from this website in the future-not worth the hassle. At this point I doubt I’ll have the one present my daughter truly wants for Christmas in time.

Oh my goodness. So sorry guys!! I have posted deals from them before and haven’t had any issues. I will definitely contact them and will be very cautious about posting deals from them in the future!

It’s nice to not feel alone at least. As of today December 23rd according to the tracking number the package is still sitting in China. I have emailed with “Sarah” the rep from Midnightbox several times and she told me that she is only giving the information given to her from her vendor. I have asked about cancellation and refund, but she never responds to me about that. I am so disappointed. Since they took the money with no sign of the product I wonder If this is an issue for the BBB to look into?

!2/26~ still sitting in China. Today I requested a full refund of the product. I told “Sarah” that I understood that she was taken advantage of by the vendor as much as we were, but that since it would not arrive by the promised date ( I was told specifically it would arrive by Christmas) that I would like a full refund. I don’t even know it will be possible as I think I read that they have a restocking fee on refunds. My question is who is restocking it since it is lost in a warehouse in China? Anyway, Way more trouble than it was worth.

So glad it’s not just me, I haven’t gotten my order either and of course can’t find my email with my order number now. Glad that others have commented with their issues on this too.

1/3/15~ My order arrived today. It took opening up a complaint/dispute/ investigation through my bank and suddenly I got a call from Sarah who happens to be the only customer service rep for the company. She was very kind, but is not able to do very much in the way of canceling or refunding my order. She agreed that the vendor should have to help cover some of the cost for the trouble, but again, she couldn’t do anything about that herself. Also, suddenly my order started the shipping process and finally arrived today. This has been a learning experience for me. Also, the phone number to reach Sarah is 716-259-8504 for any one else who still may be having shipping issues. It may take a while to get a response though.

I got my order today, didn’t take me doing anything and finally just showed up. Guess it just took a while, my kids were thrilled for the fun surprise 🙂
