Their satisfaction statement listed above is bogus. Buyer beware. They sent us the totally wrong order, wouldn’t exchange it since it was out of stock and wouldn’t send me a refund. Even getting to this point has been like pulling teeth. Now I’m stuck with a $100 gift card that I have no desire to use. Oh! Unless I can make myself feel comfortable with mailing that gift card back to them with a note written out that includes all my credit card information. Then and only then will they issue a refund.
