I buy clearance Halloween costumes at 90 percent off after Halloween and use them for dress up. Here’s the thing: don’t be tempted to buy when clearance is at 50 percent off. If everyone resists that temptation, there will be a better selection of items that will get marked down more quickly! I think Target’s kinda on to us bargain shoppers, though. They’ve been offering some pretty great preholiday discounts and trying to clear out stock early.
