I couldn’t find a good answer to this, but people say they typically last until the end of the month.
I’ve never thought to contact RueLaLa :), I just get annoyed that it’s not clear.
However, I did get a $10 credit over a month ago for a problem with an order and I still have it, so I guess it depends. So I don’t really have an answer (except that probably).
