This is a super cool deal that a lot of you are going to want to grab as fast as you can. If you haven’t heard of FavoriteEats, they work with restaurants to let you try great food without spending a lot. It’s an inexpensive way to try out new restaurants!
Here is how it works. Normally you would pay $5 a month to join the FavoriteEats Club. In exchange, you will get to choose one place to redeem that $5 at. But restaurants will give you $8-$12 in food! So you are already getting an awesome deal.

When I first heard of this concept, I thought that there had to be a catch or it just wasn’t really as good as it seemed. Totally wrong. Here is my meal I scored at Melty Way–the yummiest Grilled Cheese place around:
Normally everything you see pictured above would have cost me $9. But because of this deal, it was only $1! Beats the dollar menu at McDonald’s, right??!
FavoriteEats let me try out a few more places just to see how well it all worked and to understand just how great of a deal it really is. So I also went to Daylight Donuts and grabbed 8 donuts with their $1 offer. YUM! (My kids were super excited about this one!)
And I know how everyone loves Slurp. With FavoriteEats, I was able to grab 6 of their gourmet cookies for $1!
FavoriteEats is only giving away a limited amount of these $1 first month offer deals. So I would hurry over and grab it. Then you could use it on your next date night!
- Head to FavoriteEats and enter in your phone number. (They will verify if you are a new member or not.)
- You will then see 30 or so restaurants in your area that you can use with this special $1 deal and what is included in your meal.
- Click the “Snag It” button. Then you will head to the CC screen to pay $1.00.
After you do that, you will also have the opportunity to score a second meal for 100% FREE for sharing FavoriteEats with friends!! Just enter in email addresses of 4 friends and your friends will get an email invite to grab a meal for $1 as well. (It doesn’t matter if they sign up or not. As long as you enter in those 4 email addresses, you will get a FREE Meal!) But if your friends did all do the $1 deal, you could head out to do a girls night for super cheap!
Your meal will never expire. So you can go immediately and redeem the offer, or wait.

I am just getting an error after I type in my card that says “sorry, something went wrong”

I “snagged” a meal but right after I submitted my payment info it took me to a screen that said there was an error. So I went back to the favorite eats website and it said I had already claimed a meal. I did receive a payment receipt in my email but nothing else. I wasn’t able to enter friends email addresses to get another meal and I didn’t receive any kind of certificate or anything to take to the restaurant to claim my meal ðŸ™

From reading the receipt email it looks like you just enter your phone number at the kiosk at the restaurant to redeem so you should be good for that part, sad about missing out on the second meal though ðŸ™

All the traffic from freebies2deals is causing a couple hiccups. Credit cards are processing correctly, and offers are being “snagged” but the confirmations pages aren’t loading properly.
We are looking in to it, and hope to have it resolved quickly. I will personally look into each of your accounts and make sure you get the meals you snagged, and that you are only charged the $1, etc.
So sorry for the trouble! We thought we were ready for you, but we weren’t quite prepared your amazing response! 🙂

That’s right! You’ll put your phone number in the FavoriteEats kiosk (touchscreen tablet near the cash register) and the offer will show up for you. Just tap on it, then flip the screen to face your cashier so they can see the offer, and let them know you’re there for your FavoriteEats Club meal.
