  1. Went to the site and created and ordered the card but was not given the opportunity to put in the promo code when paying. I had to pay full price.

    • Maria, I know they have a spot to put in the coupon code because I have done this free offer in the past. If you went ahead with the order, contact them so they can give you your card for free and credit your account. 🙂
