They cancelled my order today as well. I think it was a pricing error. I am super bummed!

They cancelled my order today, too! That is not the first problem I have had with Kohls online. The in-store shopping goes well, but this is the 5th online order that has been cancelled. Apparently Kohls does not have the capability to keep track of it’s online quantity or orders. A real disappointment for such a good company. Gotta wonder.

My order was also cancelled. It was my birthday present to myself and I was so excited! Too bad. The thing that was most annoying though, is the reason it gave for cancelling. ‘System cancellation’, what does that even mean?! Kohl’s should at least give a reason such as ‘pricing error’ or ‘oversold, not enough product to match orders’ or something.

My order was also cancelled. Super bummed. I wrote an email to customer service, it was due to “out of stock”. You would think that their system would be able to keep track of that. This is the 2nd time Kohl’s has done this to me. Hopefully another deal pops up somewhere else 😉
