Yes, the can scan this coupon first and then take off your other coupons and cartwheel! Just did it last week! I had never thought about getting my groceries at Target before seeing all the deals that you post. I also love target because they are constantly putting food items on clearance! Love this coupon. Spare ribs are 1.99 a pound, so good deal right there, nathans hot dogs are on sale and there is a manufactures coupon in sundays paper. Good week to work close to a super target.
