I have been on a cruise to Mexico and a Disney cruise to the carribean. I didn’t care for mexico as much. I would recommend going out of Florida, even if it does cost more for plane tickets.

I have looked multiple times to take my family of 5 on a disney cruise and its always been 7-8000 even when kids sail free. Since I hopped on this today we are all going for 3600 which is as much as Disneyland! You’re my favorite person right now hehe!

Thank you for posting this! I’ve been wanting to do a Disney Cruise with my family for a while but couldn’t justify the cost of flying across the county just to go. We live in Los Angeles so this is perfect for us! Now to figure out how to keep it a secret from my kids for over a year. And get away today was awesome, they answered all my questions and took the time to check softening dates with different amounts of people (we ended up booking it with my IL’s coming with us too). I just booked 9 rooms. I’ve done this sailing and the Bahamas but for 36 of us San Diego makes more sense. This date gives us plenty of time to save some $. Thanks for the heads up. Can’t beat a Disney cruise! Time to start a fish extender:)
