They are both pre-orders and set to release April 29th. But if you pre-order them now with the sale, you can grab both of them and another character for $25.98. That ends up making each character only $8.66! (Reg $12.99) That price is a steal for these characters and I’m guessing you won’t find a better deal when Phineas and Agent P actually release.
