From the ad, it looks like they give it to you at checkout when you purchase it at the store… similar to what Target does with their Walmart Gift Cards. Make sure you ask the cashier before you start to double check. 🙂

I printed the rebate form, and it didn’t say anything about having to exchange a blue rhino tank. I would imagine, it doesn’t matter what brand tank you take to exchange.

The Sandy and Ft Union, UT locations do not carry the blue rhino brand. It’s Amerigas so the coupon and rebate won’t work. But you do get the gift card and is still a good deal.
