Step 2: Once shipment of the disc occurs you will receive an email within 48 hours containing your reward code, click the link contained in the email to go to�https://www.activaterewards.com/muppetsticket�and redeem your reward code.�
Step 3: On the�https://www.activaterewards.com/muppetsticket�website, follow the instructions to enter your reward code and other required information and print your certificate. Reward code expires on April 13, 2014 or until �Muppets Most Wanted� is no longer in theaters (whichever comes first).

fine print…. Limited to one offer/one reward code per customer. I bought two movies with my same account thinking I could get two tickets, turns out you need to by each dvd from separate accounts since it is one ticket per account.
