Hmm, I was able to do it just fine when I ordered a little before noon. Their new site did seem a little glitchy to me, though, so I wonder if the free shipping code was an error that they fixed? I couldn’t get things to work in Chrome, I kept getting error messages about logging in and such, so I switched to Internet Explorer and had no problems.

I just tried the code again and got the same message. The promo code was unadvertised so I’m not sure about being able to get around the glitch. You could always call them and see if they will honor the code for you. Even if they can’t, they typically will give you a code to use in a future order. I was using Chrome as well, perhaps trying a different browser would work better.
