There are only two days left to get your order in.  So here is your reminder. 🙂

This sale is one everyone will definitely want to do!  Zaycon Foods has started their Chicken Breast Sale.  And, you can get Chicken Breast for $1.89 per pound.  That is a great price by itself.. but Zaycon’s Chicken is 100 % natural chicken with no added hormones, additives or artificial ingredients.  All Natural Chicken is SO expensive!! I’ll definitely be stocking up on this sale!

The Chicken Breasts come in 40 lb boxes. So it will end up being $75.60.  And, you can order multiple boxes if you have room to freeze them.

Most orders need to be placed before February 1st – or before they sell out of stock for your delivery area.  And, when you go to order, they will tell you what day and time in February you can pick up your order.  Quick note: These guys do sell out of their Chicken Breasts.  So, I wouldn’t wait too long to order.

**If you don’t want all 40 lbs, you might want to go in on this deal with a few friends. It’s too good to pass up!

  1. We did this in October last year. It is a good deal for natural chicken. Be prepared for a lot of work when you get it home. There’s a lot of trimming needed and you will have to divide them up into freezing portions. I’m on the fence whether or not it was a good idea for me. Also, the pieces are HUGE, so you have to cut them down to even be grilling size.

  2. We did this last Fall too. I’m probably just not used to the taste of all-natural chicken. There was a definite taste difference between this & say Smith’s chicken. I prefer Smith’s, but this is a good deal.

  3. We’ve been using Zaycon for about a year and a half now. We LOVE their events. It is definitely true you have some work ahead of you for the bagging and freezing. We use a food saver and the full 2-breast piece per bag, so not nearly as much trimming involved when first packaging. As far as taste, I agree there is a difference, but we do prefer the Zaycon. Seems you need less seasoning, etc for their meats in general.

  4. Awesome! I’m planning to do this and I shared it with my readers (although I used your links so you’ll get all the “credit” from the sales if any of my readers buy). Thanks for the great deal!

  5. Yes, I agree that it is a lot of work when you get home. It’s a good price, but only if you want to spend A LOT of time trimming and cutting it preparing it for the freezer. I Have only purchased the chicken once, and the only reason I haven’t purchased again yet is because of the work involved. To me, it is almost worth paying a few more cents per pound and have it pre-trimmed and portioned from the store. It does have a different taste and texture than store bought, not sure if that is good or bad yet. Their ground beef on the other hand is amazing! It is definitely easier to prep and it is way good stuff!!

  6. I did this a while back and my chicken looked like it was partially chewed. The cuts were terrible, half shredded and I wasnt happy with how long it took to prep it for the freezer. When I contacted them they told me to email them so I did, twice with no response. Terrible customer service in my book = not a customer and not a fan. Will never buy from them again.

  7. This chicken is NASTY! It is not “natural” in any way to have chicken breasts this big. No matter how you cook this chicken it comes out dry. Also, as others have mentioned portioning and trimming off the massive amounts of fat is tons of work. Not worth it. I would rather spend a little more to have chicken my family enjoys eating and doesn’t end up throwing away.
