Looks like the US Post Office has decided to raise the cost of stamps– once again. This time, they are raising the cost of stamps from $.46 to $.49!
The rate hike is supposed to take place on Jan 26th, 2014. So you have three days to stock up on the Forever Stamps. They are valid to be used no matter what you paid for them. So even when the rate increases, you can use them like normal.
3 Days isn’t a lot of time to purchase. I found that Office Depot is selling the 20 Packs for $9.20 online. And, you can pick them up in-store for free. Or if you hit $50 worth, they will ship to you free.
But your best bet is to grab the roll of 100 Forever Postal Stamps for $46. Then you can pad your order to hit $50 with any odds and ends you might need. Then, it will ship free!
