I always have a hard time shopping for clothes online because I am afraid they won’t fit or look right and then I will need to return them. Has anyone bought anything from H&M and returned it? Are their returns easy? Is it worth trying at these low prices and sending back? How do shipping costs work? Do you have to pay to return?

To answer the above question, I don’t love the H&M return policy. I bought a few pillowcases online. When they got to me, I was not impressed. I went to take them back to store. The store said that anything “home” could not be returned to store, it had to be sent back. They send a pre-paid return label, but then deduct 5.95 for return shipping. So essentially, you are paying shipping 2x’s for something you don’t even want to keep. So, not worth it in my opinion. Just my opinion though, others may differ 🙂
