I personally LOVE their Smashbox Primer. I wish someone would have told me about makeup primer years ago! It is a silicone based primer that goes on underneath your makeup, fills in all of the wrinkles and lines in your skin so your makeup goes on smoothly and looks flawless.

I have been using smashbox for a while and LOVE it, so I thought I’d throw this out there for anyone not wanting for fork out the money (although this is THE best deal you’ll get on smashbox, I was totally going to take advantage of it this year). But a beauty blog mentioned something that works just as great for less than $6!… keep an open mind now… it’s Monistat Chaffing Relief Powder Gel. I swear it works just as great as Smashbox. It has the same ingredient Dimethi-something or other. I’ve really tried to make myself think that Smashbox is better, but I honestly can’t even tell the difference. Anyway, just a thought for all the penny pinching mammas out there. 🙂

Haha…Karen that reminds me of my step dad always swearing the Preparation H works better than Aloe Vera for sunburns! It really does though! Especially seems gross putting it on a burn on your face but now that they have an unscented option I use it all the time!
I always just wonder what the people that discovered these other options were thinking to make them even try it! Haha…if it works though I will take it!
