Caution. I ordered from them last year earlier than this and my products were not here by Christmas and when I finally got my order only half of it had shipped and I spent weeks trying to contact the company in order to receive the rest of my order. They do put out a good product and the prices are amazing but don’t plan on giving them as gifts for Christmas because chances are they won’t be here by then.

I ordered a 12×12 book at least 2 months early to be used at a wedding. It also didn’t come in time. So disappointing. I also would count on it for Christmas. I tried to cancel as it got closer and still hadn’t shipped but they wouldn’t let me. Not sure I would use them again. They ship from China as well which might be part of the problem.

I’m pretty sure these books ship from Hong Kong. I am not 100% sure on this. But I remember ordering something from them a few years ago and it took several weeks and it came in Chinese mail. Not that theres anythign wrong with that, but when you are dealing with a company in another country you sometimes take chances. HTH someone
