This is a great deal! Does anyone know if the Khol’s Visa Prepaid Card rebate is essentially a Khol’s gift card or like a regular Visa gift card that can be used anywhere?

yes, if you look in the fine print on the rebate form it says. “Rewards totaling $10 or more will be issued in the form of a Kohl’s Visa Prepaid Card. Your card is issued by MetaBank. Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa USA Inc. Cards can be used at any merchants that accept Visa debit cards.” It sounds like it will be a VISA card but will have Kohl’s name on it.
