You can sign up for free by downloading the Pizza Dough Mobile App for the iPhone or Android.  With the app, you can register, check in at the restaurant and check reward/account balances.  If you don’t have a smartphone, you can receive a card in any California Pizza Kitchen restaurant or register online.  **Plus, once you register, you will get a FREE Small Plate you can redeem the next time you are there!
