I actually am not strict about our SPF as long as it’s 30 or higher because I’ve heard it doesn’t matter beyond that whether you use 30 or 100. Currently we are using 30 and though I doubt anyone will see my comment because there are so many, we LOVE No Ad. Last summer I bought like 8 bottles of spay sunscreen and with 4 kids it’s gone after two times at the pool. I just can’t afford that. With No-Ad it goes on easily and I can apply it liberally since it’s not so pricey!
